This vacuum is the 'suckiest' one I've ever owned - and I mean that in the best possible way! It's a massive upgrade from my first Rumba robot, with improved vacuuming and the added bonus of mopping. Plus, it's much quieter, with three settings to customize the noise level.

Have had this for over a year and it is the best thing! I just run it at the end of the day and I wake up to clean floors! I have kids, so there are always crumbs everywhere, this saves me the stress of having to constantly vacuum. I even have it linked with my Google Home and I just tell it to run vacuum and it does it! Don’t even have to go on the app! Just make sure to clean it for maintenance and it will work great. Definitely recommend to make life easier!

Dreame has taken over the floor chore in our house and we love it. Only minor complaints are it still can’t get into tight corners close enough, and it’s loud when it empties its dust, dirt or water. But we don’t care, we love it!We run it remotely sometimes and come home to clean floors. Great remote camera.
This is great choice! We’ve had ours for quite awhile now and haven’t had to replace anything yet. Does a great job, we love our “Cinderella”
I got an iRobot Roomba J9 vacuum for the upstairs and an Dreame L10s Robot Vacuum/ mopper for the downstairs at the same time. These are comprable square footage areas, the downstaris has a tiled kithen, the rest mostly carpet and some hardwood, ergo i got a mopping/vacuum combo L10s The upstars is mosy carpet so I got vacuum only. The J9 is inferior in every way, and I mean every way. The J9 is more difficult to empty the waste bin, which by the way is teeny weeny comparatively. The J9 programming just sucks, it mapped a hallway as 3 separate rooms. It doesn't finish any room before going to another room, then goes back, really? It gets confused and seemily lost, or it gets stuck frequently. I have 2 rooms with almost no furniture in them upstairs, and the J9 has gotten stuck in one of them twice, and i would say lost in it once. It takes longer to charge and can't finish the whole upstairs before the battery craps out. I don't believe it goes back to where it left off, I am not sure since it has yet (after 3 days) to actually completely vacuum the upstairs. The L10s finished all the downstairs easlily, and more thoroughly. The J9 wont allow you to skip ahead to where it left off. You can skip ahead once only. The phone app for the J9 is far inferior to the L10s, the J9 is outclassed completely, it's much more complicated, and far less useful. Heck the Roomba doesnt even come with an instruction manual. I would not buy a Roomba again I'm very disapointed with it, and I would not recommend it. I would by another Dreame product easily.
After seeing all the reviews on Youtube, I decided to give this a try... I had a robot vacuum before that kept getting stuck and cat hair would get tangled in the wheels, so I would have to take it apart each time I used it... So far, I've used this model every day, for a month, since I got it and no more hair tangles, it doesn't get stuck anywhere and it does a really good job of keeping the floors clean... I like the feature where you can pick which rooms or spot areas you want it to clean... Very nice feature so I don't have to watch it and make sure it's not going somewhere I don't want it to... So far so good
I have got to say… this automatic vacuum/mop system really surpassed my expectations. I moved into a fairly large apartment that I was already dreading the idea of having to sweep and mop every day. Even beyond the normal tracking of dirt and debris into the house, my cat loves to kick all of his litter out of the litter box and then roll around in it like a little menace to society.To handle this behavior, I have had to sweep and mop the area where his litter box is every day, if not several times a day. That’s where this robot vacuum comes in, to save the day.I have a LOT of praise to give this vacuum, because I all but fell in love with it on day one, so buckle up.Firstly, regarding noise: I do not find the vacuum to be overly loud. Nowhere near as loud as a normal vacuum is. I can very faintly hear it roaming around from my bedroom if it’s in the living room, and of course it gets a bit louder once it’s near. Nothing too distracting, especially if you have the modes set to regular for the vacuum strength and moist for the mopping strength. Once you set the vacuum strength a little higher, it gets a bit louder, but that’s to be expected.Secondly, the most important aspect of all—cleaning power. WOW! Can this thing CLEAN! I was very pleasantly surprised at just how clean this little robot gets my floors.To start, the majority of the floors in my apartment are natural hardwood, some tile, and I have a few area rugs laid out here and there. I found it quite interesting to watch the vacuum notice the change from hardwood to carpet (and even just welcome mat) and adjust its suction and generally how it worked.I noticed an immediate difference in the cleanliness of my floors.As I mentioned, my little buddy loves to kick his litter around and that litter ultimately winds up everywhere. This robot vacuum has been a LIFESAVER for me as a pet parent!!In addition to it thoroughly cleaning the floors while I’m able to just relax and watch some tv, it also avoids obstacles (including my curious kitty) very, very well. I watched it, in real time, navigate through the door obstacles of my still-packed boxes, to make it into the hallway and continue cleaning. It picked up even somewhat larger items I didn’t anticipate it would have the suction ability to do.Additionally, the mopping feature works very well to give a quick, thorough mopping similar to a wand mop. You won’t get as thorough of a mopping as if you took out the mop and bucket, but it works well to sanitize and pick up dust and dirt as it goes. The mop pads disconnect easily to clean as well, so you can get a lot of life out of them.The voice that speaks to you from the robot lets you know when it’s starting to clean and when it’s finished. It also lets you know if it runs into any issues. For instance, when I picked the vacuum up, it announced that the wheels had disconnected from the floor. That is extremely helpful for knowing when it needs assistance.Thirdly, in regards to the app: the entire downloading experience was very simple and so was the set up of the robot vacuum. It took me a bit of troubleshooting on my router’s end to split the bands, since the vacuum cannot function through 5G and has to be connected to a 2.4G bandwidth. Once I was able to separate the bands on my network, I simply connected the vacuum to the 2.5G network and it was good to go. It took maybe 15 minutes to get it up and running and ready to vacuum. And it would have been even quicker if I hadn’t had to figure out the issue with my modem.Once you’re in the app, it’s really versatile in being able to tailor the experience to your own life. In addition to the vacuum mapping your apartment/home, and you being able to see that map and designate which rooms are which, you can also schedule the robot to clean whenever you like and in the manner you like.I personally prefer the mop to be wet and the vacuum to run on Turbo. It gets me a superb clean. The vacuum finishes cleaning my entire apartment in about an hour and I get to relax while it does so. It’s such an unparalleled experience to wake up to clean floors, and know you don’t have to clean them every day.Rather than cleaning every single day or twice a day, I do a deep mopping every few days and my apartment always smells lovely and I never feel any specs of dirt or litter on my feet while I’m walking around.I cannot recommend this vacuum enough. It really is something special, and a MUST HAVE for anyone who owns pets or doesn’t have time to spend hours sweeping and mopping!
This robot is my new best machine friend. I got it to make my life a bit easier, and it's done that even better than I expected. With three dogs, a dog door, and a sandy/muddy yard, their entry and the kitchen need daily attention, and it was too much for me. The robot mapped out the kitchen and all the other rooms on that floor, and did a surprisingly accurate job since it uses cameras to "see" everything. It accurately named the rooms. I can tell it to vacuum the entire thing, then mop only the kitchen or include mopping the other rooms that don't have carpet. I can also have it do nothing but vacuum/mop the kitchen, which I do frequently. If it gets full of dirt before it's done, it returns itself to the dock, empties itself, then goes back to continue vacuuming. If its water gets too dirty while it's mopping, it returns to the dock, empties the dirty water, and fills itself with clean water. It also cleans the mop heads as needed. All I have to do is pick up anything off the floor before it starts each time and empty the dirty mop water/refill clean water every couple of times. I've lost track of how many times it's vacuumed in the month that I've had it, but I haven't had to change the bag yet. The battery lasts a long time, and it's never run out on my jobs. But if it did, it would go to the dock, recharge, and continue. If it has a problem while it's running, I'll get a notification on my phone. That's only happened once when it picked up a plastic bag that was under a bed. Plus, as it's running I can watch it on the app in real time to see where it is as it's working. There are other features I haven't tried yet, like using the app to look through its cameras to see what it's seeing as it works. It's necessary to leave the lights on while it's working since it uses the cameras while it works, but that's a small price to pay, though it means you can't turn out the lights and go to bed until it's done. But it's fast, so that's fine. I just love this thing! I'm so glad I got it.
