Every item is inspected and assigned one of three grades before listing:
Excellent — Like new in look and feel, minimal to no visible wear, battery health verified at 80% or above.
Good — Fully functional with light cosmetic marks that don't affect performance.
Open Box — New and unused, original packaging may have been opened or replaced.
