These terms apply when you use bigwarehouserefurbs.com.au or buy from us. The website is operated by The Refurb Co Pty Ltd (ABN 47 637 046 363), trading as Big Warehouse Refurbs ("we", "us", "our").

1. Our products

We sell refurbished and open-box products. Each product is tested before sale and given a condition grade (Excellent, Good or Open Box), which is shown on the product page. Product photos may show the model rather than the exact unit you receive. Box contents are listed in each product description. We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell.

2. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Where we show an RRP, it refers to the manufacturer's recommended retail price for the product when new. If a price is clearly displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay. Buy now, pay later services are provided by third parties under their own terms.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free within Australia. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 14-day money-back guarantee and 12-month warranty are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

7. Website content

We work to keep product information accurate and up to date. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. You may not copy our website content for commercial use without our permission.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
