What exactly is a "refurbished" product?

Every item we sell has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. Refurbished simply means the product has had a previous life, whether that's a customer return, an ex-display unit, or excess stock, and our team has made sure it performs exactly as it should before it reaches you. You get the same quality at a fraction of the price.

Is the quality really as good as new?

Yes. Every product is tested against the manufacturer's original performance standards before it's listed. Cosmetically you might find the occasional light mark, but functionally it works like new. If anything ever falls short, we'll make it right.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every product comes with a 12-month warranty for your peace of mind. If something goes wrong within that period, get in touch at support@bigwarehouserefurbs.com.au and we'll sort it out.

What if I change my mind or there's a problem with my order?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item just needs to be in its original condition and packaging. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are processed within 24 to 72 hours back to your original payment method.

How fast will my order arrive?

We offer free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
