2. Are refurbished products reliable?
Yes. Every product we sell is fully tested and graded before listing. We use a three-tier grading system: Excellent (like new, minimal to no visible wear), Good (fully functional with light cosmetic marks), and Open Box (new and unused, original packaging may vary). The grade is clearly shown on every product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
3. What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all refurbished products. This covers hardware malfunctions and defects, giving you genuine peace of mind after purchase. Open Box items are also covered.
4. Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy terms and conditions.
5. How do you ensure product quality?
Our team inspects and tests every unit before it's listed — checking all hardware functions, cleaning the product thoroughly, and verifying battery health where applicable. Products that don't meet our standards are not listed for sale.
6. Where do your products come from?
Our stock comes from a mix of sources including manufacturer and distributor returns, corporate lease trade-ins, and retail and insurance returns. All products are sourced legitimately and go through our full testing process regardless of origin.
7. Do products come with accessories?
All essential accessories required for the product to function are included. Any accessories included are clearly listed in the product description. Some products may not include original packaging or non-essential extras such as printed manuals.
8. Are there cosmetic imperfections on refurbished items?
Excellent-grade products have minimal to no visible wear. Good-grade products may have light cosmetic marks such as minor scuffs that don't affect functionality. Every product description is transparent about condition.
